About EveryClinic
What is EveryClinic? EveryClinic is a UK-based marketplace that connects patients with private healthcare clinics. You can search for a service, compare clinics, and book and pay for your appointment directly through the platform.
Do I need an account to book? Yes. You’ll need to register and log in through the Patient Portal to search availability, complete a booking, and manage your appointments afterwards.
Which clinics can I book through EveryClinic? Only clinics that have completed EveryClinic’s onboarding and verification process appear on the marketplace. See our Patient Safety article for details on how clinics are vetted.
Finding and Booking a Service
How do I find a clinic or service? Use the search bar to enter a service (for example, “physiotherapy London”). You’ll get a ranked list of clinics, which you can filter by location, rating, availability, and price.
How do I know a time slot is really available? Slot availability shown on EveryClinic is refreshed regularly from each clinic’s own scheduling system. When you go to confirm a booking, EveryClinic also runs a final real-time check with the clinic’s system before taking payment, so you won’t be charged for a slot that’s just been taken.
What happens if my chosen slot is no longer available at the last moment? You won’t be charged. You’ll be shown a message that the slot is no longer available along with alternative available times.
Can I book on behalf of someone else (e.g. a family member)? Please contact the clinic directly for guidance on bookings made on behalf of another person, as this can vary by clinic and service type.
Managing a Booking
Where can I see my upcoming and past appointments? All your appointments are listed in the Patient Portal, organised by status (upcoming, completed, cancelled, etc.).
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? You can cancel a booking directly from the Patient Portal. Cancellations must be made this way — a clinic cannot cancel your appointment for you and have it treated as a patient cancellation. Refund amounts depend on how close to your appointment time you cancel; see Payments for the full breakdown.
What if the clinic cancels my appointment? If a clinic cancels, you always receive a 100% refund automatically, regardless of timing.
What if I don’t show up for my appointment? If you don’t attend and haven’t cancelled in advance, the clinic can mark the booking as a no-show. No refund is issued in this case.
Payments
How do I pay? Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of booking, before your slot is confirmed.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. EveryClinic never stores your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, a regulated payment provider.
When do I get charged? You’re charged once your booking is confirmed — after slot availability has been re-checked and payment succeeds.
Getting Help
I have a problem with a booking — what should I do? Raise a support ticket through the Booking Help article, or contact our support team with your booking reference.
How do I leave a review for a clinic? Once your appointment is marked complete, you’ll be able to leave a review from the Patient Portal.
